• Landscaping - Mowing, pruning, trimming, and leaf clearing are all provided by maintenance staff. They also continually replace and renew the rich landscape with new plantings.

 

• Snow Removal - Staff removes snow from all walkways, driveways and parking lots.

 

• Exterior Maintenance - Exterior painting, brick repointing, siding, roof maintenance, concrete work and paving are also managed by our on site maintenance team. 

 

• Mechanical Systems - Sheraden Park Development, Inc. is even responsible for repairs to original fixtures and systems, including furnaces, hot water tanks, electrical systems and most plumbing issues.

 

• Routine Services - In addition to the many cost-free services included in the carrying charges, residents can also ask the maintenance staff to to perform other small repairs at minimal costs. Simply complete a modification request form and discuss your wishes with a maintenance staff member.
