Selling Your Unit.

First, we would like to say that we are sad to see you go!  We only hope that you are moving on to something better for you and your family!  

Please note that there is a process that must be adhered to when selling your interest in our community and/or transferring your unit to a new owner/occupant.  You MUST notify the Board of Directors and/or the property manager of your intent to sell your unit. 

 

The closing coordinator will assist in navigating the process of transferring your interests to a new buyer and schedule the closing with the attorney.

Here are some items that you will need to complete the ReSale Certification:

  • Buyer's Full Name, Address & Contact Information

  • Purchase Price

  • Settlement Date

  • Title Company should be listed as LMBH Legal Services

 

After the seller clicks on the link below, they will need to log in and/or create an account.

  • If you already have a CondoCerts account previously used, you are able to use the same e-mail and password to login to the custom branded page by clicking on ‘SIGN IN’.

  • All first-time users will need to REGISTER to place an order.

At the end of the order, the requestor will be asked to pay by credit card for the seller's package plus a small convenience fee.
